DD Prime Off-Market is a real estate investment company that purchases residential properties directly from homeowners, in any condition, for cash. We are not a real estate broker, real estate agent, or licensed appraiser. We are buyers.

2. No Obligation Offers

All cash offers issued by DD Prime are non-binding until reduced to a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. You may decline our offer at any time, free of charge.

3. No Guarantees

Offer amounts depend on property condition, location, market conditions, and other factors. We make no guarantee about any specific offer amount, timing, or outcome until a purchase agreement is signed.

4. Property Disclosures

You agree to disclose, to the best of your knowledge, any material defects or issues with the property. We will conduct our own due diligence, but accurate disclosure speeds the process.

5. Title and Closing

All purchases close through a licensed, neutral title company or closing attorney. You retain the right to review all documents before signing. Closing costs we offer to cover are detailed in the purchase agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, logos, designs, methodology — is the property of DD Prime or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce content for commercial use without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (i) use the site for unlawful purposes; (ii) submit false information; (iii) attempt to interfere with the site's operation; (iv) scrape or harvest content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DD Prime is not liable for: (i) decisions made based on information on this site; (ii) technical errors or interruptions; (iii) indirect or consequential damages.
